Veladent provides cloud-based dental practice management software designed to support clinical, administrative, and operational workflows for dental practices and organizations.
Veladent does not provide medical or dental advice. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of licensed dental professionals.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services on behalf of yourself or an organization.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and current information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Notify Veladent immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful purposes
Interfere with or disrupt system security or performance
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Upload malicious code or harmful content
Veladent reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are defined in your subscription agreement or sales contract.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of Services.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials provided by Veladent are the exclusive property of Veladent or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services solely for internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform.
By using the Services, you grant Veladent a limited right to process your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, in accordance with our Policy Statement.
Veladent may integrate with third-party tools or services. Veladent is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party providers.
Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Veladent disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veladent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue.
Veladent’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.
Upon termination:
Access to the Services will cease
Data handling will follow the procedures outlined in the Policy Statement
Veladent may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
